If you are arriving by airport bus, please get off the bus at Le Chamois Resort Hotel and one of our Front Desk Agents will be happy to assist you. If you arranged door-to-door service for one of our Vacation Properties please alert the Bus Driver for you will also need to check-in at Le Chamois before proceeding to your property. If you require directions from the Vancouver International Airport or from Seattle, Washington, please select the Driving Directions option from the Travel Tool Kit menu.
Deposits and Cancellations
A non-refundable deposit of one night’s room rate will confirm your reservation.
Summer Season - May 1, 2008 to November 26, 2008
The balance for your stay will be automatically charged 14 days prior to arrival. If cancelled within 14 days of arrival, the full amount is non-refundable.
Winter Season - November 27, 2008 to April 12, 2009
The balance for your stay will be automatically charged 30 days prior to arrival. If cancelled within 30 days of arrival, the full amount is non-refundable.
Festive Season - December 20, 2008 to January 3, 2009
The balance for your stay will be automatically charged 90 days prior to arrival. If cancelled within 90 days of arrival, the full amount is non-refundable.

Security Deposit
A security deposit of $500 to $1500 is required upon arrival. Cheques are not accepted. Security Deposits paid in cash will be refunded with a cheque, four to six weeks after departure.
Extra Person Charge
Children under 18 staying with their parents stay free. Extra person charges are based on the number of guests staying in the property. Additional guests will be charged $20 per person, per night, plus taxes.
Arrivals and Departures
Your property will be ready for your arrival by 4pm. Please prepare to depart your property no later than 10am.
Housekeeping
Your property will be prepared for your arrival with fresh sheets, towels and a fully equipped kitchen. For guests staying eight nights or longer we provide a complimentary mid stay clean and beds will be made with fresh linens. Laundry facilities are available at all properties either inside your accommodation or in the building complex. Additional housekeeping services can be arranged for an extra fee.
Miscellaneous
All guests staying in the property must be over 25 years of age, unless traveling with parents or guardians. A charge of $25.00 will be applied for use of more than two credits cards for payment of each reservation. We are pleased to provide guests with a smoke free environment. All of our properties are non-smoking.
We ask that you please leave your pets at home.
Limit of Liability
Wildflower Lodging Company acts as an agent for property owners and accepts no liability on their behalf. Wildflower Lodging Company reserves the right to transfer guests to an equivalent accommodation at its discretion, if the reserved property becomes unavailable. Availability of certain properties may change, prior notification may not be possible. Wildflower reserves the right to refuse or interrupt service to any customer due to excessive noise or property abuse.
